Got people complaining about being tagged for having residual water in their boats. like in the live wells or in the bottom of the duck boat. Just wondering if anyone has challenged the tickets in court?

I couldnt amagine duck hunting anymore with that crazy law. Everything in most duck boats get wet and drip for hours, days, the whole season.

I hope someone does and wins. This is insanity. Its like requiring people to wash the bottom of their shows when walking from one area to another.

I find it interesting that with all the complaining no one is challenging their citations. If u “did everything right” and still got cited I would work the intent angle and ask for dismissal. You intended and attempted to follow the law and had no intention to break the law. however I am no lawyer. if there is a lawyer on here please advise .
