Eastside Exterminators – Bed Bugs

Ok, The whole block is throwing away mattresses, couches, etc…A few days ago I found out that the person below has them and her legs looked very marked up. Last night while going to sleep around 3am (feeding time), I felt something crawling on my legs….I ripped the comforter off and yes 2 little bugs crawling on my sheets…they were very small and i used my cellphone light to see them.

I called my landlord this morning to report this, and he came by…I was told the exterminator was too expensive and was given spray that was bought from the exterminator who confirmed the downstairs tenant as having bed bugs…The whole block has them, so the origination is unknown. My landlord does not want to hire a couple eastside exterminators to take care of this issue…I do..What rights do I have, and can you give me some recommendations of some proven exterminators to rid these nasty creatures…I can not live like this…

I currently have sprayed all over my room, washed and dried all my sheets, pillowcases, etc…I have ordered a mattress cover and will receive it Wed. I spent over 200 out of pocket on supplies in just one day…I don’t think this is my responsibility..Please advise…

    Thanks

I’m thinking class action lawsuit after reading this article

One of my buddies is a exterminator. Your gonna need to have your whole apartment treated. Call Jim at 763-572-8586. Just got off the phone with him. Call his cell 612-363-7638 and he will explain your options.

I’m not sure a MN based exterminator will go out to Seattle WA or if I’m wrong, a Seattle based exterminator will go to Mpls.

I know of a local house that had to be gutted to the studs because of bed bugs. If the landlord doesn’t want to do it right, I would be gone.

You can call the local county and file a complaint in regards to the landlord not following the law. My employee had a similar issue the county forced the landlord the fix the issue.

A last resort is maybe you can treat them pretty effectively yourself. My daughter had them and also lives in an partment complex. It was hard to get rid of them but it worked. My wife got online and searched and found a lady saying she got rid of hers by spraying Isoproponol alcohol very liberly on everything.
I helped my daughter do it twice to where the carpet and everything was damp with the alcohol and it worked. Supposedly the alcohol kills them, it worked in my daughters place to where her and my grandkids aren’t getting bit anymore, she thinks shes gotten rid of them.

She had a spray bottle and we filled it up several times during each spraying. We did it twice and had good results. Its simple rubbing alcohol and about a buck a bottle.

Could just throw a heck of a party and let everyone spill drinks all over the place.
