    I also have visitors. Nate use to tell me when he still lived at home that a gray cat is living a his old bedroom window well. I always missed seeing it as it was never there when I checked. Well I not only have seen the cat but have also seen 3 kittens living in there now too. Guess I will have company for awhile.

    400F for 30 minutes then 350F for another hour make the orange sauce and the wild rice and open the bottle of wine…….yummmmmmmmmmm

    Sgt Rock, I find that if you just reverse your temps, cat comes out much more tender. Of course with old toms…Adolf’s a couple days before helps too.
    Got that little tip from my neighbor.
