Rainy lake last week

    Gave those rainy lake fish a illinois beating.My fisning buddy Ed and i caught 18 fish over 32″. 4 fish over 40, 1 44″ 22.75 lbs. Stayed at Birch Point resort.Been going up to rainy for10 yrs. 195 smallies, walleyes, and northern combined. WHAT A FISH FACTORY.Released all but a couple of walleys, northern. The owners grandson even got in the action.

    What’d you catch the smallies on, lures, depth, etc… ?? Nice trip!

    1/4 oz spinner baits, gold colorado single blade, fished rock piles 5 to 10 ft
