I bought my rig here new in 2011, (short story) had a failure in my TNT WHICH makes it a no fishing issue, called Tim (owner) took my rig up and needed a accuator I believe and they took one off a new motor in the showroom to put me back on the water…great service..

That is exactly how things should work when you buy a seasonal item and it breaks during the season. Get it running at all costs.
