My granddaughter bought a Apple laptop for college. I’m suggesting she get some insurance for accidental dropping, liquid spills and maybe theft.
Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

I,m not sure what she bought. All I know is it was a lot of money!!
As Ryan said, usually you get it when & where you buy your computer.
Otherwise maybe a rider or something on her parents homeowners policy?
Be sure to read the fine print, when I was going to insure my laptop it did NOT COVER dropping it or water intrusion. That was at Best Buy. Ask lots of questions on what is covered.
Have her write down the serial # off the back on a piece of paper and put it in a safe place. It is needed if it is ever stolen.
