My new boat has finally arrived at the dealer and is almost done being rigged. I sold my previous boat at the end of June and have been without one since. It has been like missing my right arm and I’m super excited that come Saturday, I won’t have an empty barn anymore and can get back on the water.

The pictures are a little squeezed as the dealer resized them prior to sending them to me, but you still get the general idea. The bow cushions can be removed, and I expect they will rarely get used, but gives the wife somewhere soft to sunbath while I fish.

Stratos 326XF, Yamaha 225 offshore and T9.9, Terrova 101, HDS 10 on the console and HDS 8 on the bow. Looking forward to breaking it in.

    Congrats John!
    Good looking rig.
Looks like a great Lake Michigan boat.
Hope you bought some down riggers to put on her.
We need to get that thing out on Lake Michigan, get her covered in salmon slime and give her a good testing!

I’ve been shopping for downriggers on e-bay. I need you to give me some assistance on figuring out where to mount them though as I want to make sure I get them in the right spot the first time.

looks like those bow cushions could be used as ejection seats. Just put the person up there and run WOT in some real heavy chop. Nice looking rig

Nice looking rig John. Give us a full report after you get her on the water.

Give me a holler when you get your riggers.

I’ll come over and we can go thru your options.

It’s always fun getting your new rig tricked out the way you want it.

I know where we could get some catfish slime in there. It sure is going to be hard to outfish him this year with more range and better electronics. We should probably put a scratch on it to get him over that it is too nice to park at the dock trip he is sure to be on.

I can’t say. My wife reads this website once in a while. I got a pretty good discount to go on Stratos pro-staff so I can’t say what my price was.

My dealer has one on his showroom floor with an e-tec 200 H.O. and an 80# Terrova, with an HDS-7 for around $46,000, if I remember correcly.

I told him he could park it at my house while he is in Israel on business and I would break it in for him but he doesn’t trust me with it yet.

I know it won’t fit in your garage Kevin, and my guess is it won’t fit in your driveway either.
