    Picked this one outta the ‘Croix today. Looks like acne on a teenager. Any ideas? jerr

    I had some sunnies and rock bass this weekend that had that too. This was off the dock at Evert’s.

    Its just a bacterial disease, happens all the time in warm water on stressed fish. Dont eat the fish.

    Yeah I saw the same thing the past week or so on bluegills caught around Bay City…lots of fish have this, but not that bad hopefully they heal from it I haven’t seen any on crappies yet.
