Seriously, why would I want to live anywhere else?

These cool August days are really getting a person into the fall mode. It can’t come soon enough.

Wonderful picture! That’s worth blowing up and framing. I can almost smell Fall approaching… Sept, Oct, and Nov are my three favorite months of the year – all the best outdoor activities: hunting, four-wheeling, campfires, Halloween, prepping for deer season. And it’s also the time of year when I met and fell in love with my husband Billy, who is of course my outdoor adventure buddy!

The nip in the air has put a spring in the step of my old golden. She even started working a field hard on our normal walk yesterday. Poor girl doesnt know she’s retired.
