St. Croix Bluffs Park

My bride and I drove thru the park this afternoon on the way to Hastings. The parking lot at the launch area had 2 rigs in it. Sitting at the side of the lot was 2 of the DNR’s finest with their feet up and noses in magazines. The truck/trailer washdown unit was parked unused at the curb. My guess was that they were there all day. Sure glad you guys are paying the bill. Now, on a lighter note, the park/campground is a true credit to Washington Co Parks system. Clean, attractive, well groomed and none of the guys working in the park were leaning on shovels and bs’ing. Kudos to the system jerr

I just drove by the Walker public launch on Leech at 7:30pm. The DNR employees were just getting ready to leave with their decontam trailer in tow. 2 rigs in the parking lot and with wind gusting 20-25 all day I’m thinking these guys had little to do today.
