I made the very LAST and FINAL child support/medical payment today.
They say its like a divorce being over and done with , Tho I have NEVER been married I can understand the feeling a little better now.
If I was a drinking man I would have been drunk by noon 
Now what can I spend this extra money on 
Oh that’s right I am buying a house for my family. What a GREAT reward

I cant friggin wait for that!!! It’d be nice to get to keep some of my money and actually go somewhere in life. 3 years to go…
11.29 months for me. .29 of a month because my daughter’s birthday is near the beginning of the month and I have already paid the ex. enough money.
2 more for me,feel your happiness,there isnt much fairness for us divorced males.

I was done with mine last year at this time. Sure is nice not having to support her mom anymore. And that is basically what it was.

I have NO problem taking care of MY kids and DID just that !!!!
But when the money given to her is spent on ALCOHOL and DOPE and rental property she owns I have a problem….
You have NO idea what the situation is or was and a comment like that should be kept to your self..
I did ALOT and continue to do ALOT for my kids because they are MY KIDS.

That was just about the most ignorant comment i’ve ever seen child support is rarely seen being used to take care of the kids. I understand the responsibility aspect of it but it is such a screwed up system and so many people are taking advantage of it. I pay my ex wife child support which is fine and dandy but when i find out she is hiring somebody to walk her dog for her every day and my kids show up in ratty clothing and worn out shoes i’m not happy can’t wait till i’m done 12.5 years and counting

Yep, pure ignorance. Paying to take care of my kid is fine. Paying so that her mother can afford her Harley while the kid goes without glasses is not. When she gets more of my money than I do (while supporting my other two that live with me) its not ok. You only prove what a jackazz you are with a comment like that.
