    I feel for all that are involved. Back in the 80’s guy next to me on North Pier in Racine snagged a little girl that has drowned and was missing for almost a week. I went to land his “fish” and was nearly sent into shock seeing her bloated body. We pulled her up on the pier and the authorities camer and did their thing. Took a long time to get that image out of my head.
