The question is, did he do it through negligence or malicious intent… or was it simply an accident (preventable, I am not arguing, he could have stayed home too) but the court has looked at it and decided it was an accident and I believe there are more circumstances, which we are not even aware of.
I heard he had zebra mussels on his tires and that caused the wreck.
I passed a lady on the way in today with one hand holding the cell, the other holding some sort of note and the steering wheel. I thought, “Boy would Al be upset with her!” So I slowed down and took a pic to show just how careless she was being.

Not to question your civic responsibility but did you delete the photo of the lady so the wife did not see it.

I would think that would be driver error not a accident too…maybe?
