Who got the rain?

    Who all got a little rain yesterday and/or last night? I was out trout fishing in the rain last night and we got DUMPED on here in western WI about 6 o’clock. The small feeder I was fishing rose about a foot in 10 minutes. Hoping the farmers to the south got some

    maybe a 1/4″ east of Rochester. I was in Dexter and Grand Meadow yeasterday too while it was storming and they got a good dumping down through that region.

    Goodhue had a bit more than an inch in about an hour. Much of it soaked in. We are not hurting as much as most. My brother in Springfield, MN, said they barely got enough to make the sidewalk wet. They are needing a couple of slow inches……and then a stretch of under 90 weather.

    I’ve never trusted the home rain gauges that much (although I think our two do compare pretty close) and just outside Amery at our house our gaguges said just shy of 4 1/2 inches.
    I do know it was alot and very welcomed!
    May the ones who didn’t receive rain get some, and get some soon!

    It looked like about midnight, yesterday morning around 9am in St Cloud… got dumped profusely for about 1/2 hour… if I had to guess, I would say close to 1″….

    I got at least a 1/2″ at my house in Chaska, yet 2-friends got just a trace (One a 1/2 mile SW & another 1 1/2 miles SE). Pretty spotty in some spots.

    At my office in Bloomington 35W & 94th St. we had at least a 1/2″ mid to late morning yesterday.

    We received a 1/4″ here in Charles City, but it really didn’t help much we need a lot more. My lawn looks like a desert all brown. Please send some more rain mother nature.

    Arcadia area got Sh#t!!!! Golfed right through the 8 drops… Lots of rumbling in the distance but no results

    Near 13″ of sand here now (that’s how dry it is here)! Looking like the “Dust Bowl” Of the 30’s.
    My 4 foot of black dirt is fading extreemly rapidly at the house!

    Here in Whitehall barely got the driveway wet. It is so dry here the weeds are starting to die.

    we got 0.10″. I went out right after the rain and the ground was still dry and hard as a rock.
    I think it all went straight down the cracks, did china have any new springs pop up?
