Anybody recommend a good ski pylon for pulling tubes with a Skeeter ZX 2050. Or better yet have one they would like to sell.

They generally don’t recommend pylons for pulling tubes. Not saying you can’t do it, but I have not seen a pylon that is tubing specific. Why don’t you just pull off the transom hooks? If you’re having problems with the rope getting caught in the wake, I have seen inflatables used between the tube and boat to keep the rope afloat.

    Here’s an example.

I will be using it for kneeboarding and skiing as well. Plus it keeps the rope up and away from my kicker motor.

Ah, yes, I can see that being an issue.

I am close to having the same dilemma. I need something that will keep the rope clear of my kicker motor.

Someone must have encountered this problem.

    Thanks!

I’d just get something like this. Seems like a good solution to me. Like I said, they don’t recommend pulling tubes, but I have seen plenty of people do it.
