Where can I hold some of these rods in my hand before buy? Specifically I’m looking at the 6’9″ casting model. I bought the Eyecon bouncer rod and am not a big fan of it. It has enough backbone to handle 2-3 oz bouncers but the tip is way to soft for my liking. Thought I’d start looking for something stiffer. I think my other option might be the fenwick hmg mh. Now that thing is stiff!!

I think you’ll like the Limit Creek 8’6″ extendable leadcore trolling rod for pulling bouncers and leadcore, I’ve been very happy with mine

Being in Somerset, I’d swing over to Chip. Falls and talk to Dean at Skeeter Boat Center. He’ll have quite a few rods in-stock to check out, and just call ahead to see if he has what you’re looking for in terms of handling.

The archery & bait shop in stillwater across from the high school north side of highway 5 in strip mall that is where I got my 8’3 extendable a couple years back or Blue Ribbon bait in Oakdale blue ribbon bait

I don’t believe Blue Ribbon stocks them anymore. You can contact Turk by sending him a PM here or through the Limit Creek site. You would love the trolling rods. Can’t be beat.
