Vacation at Everts Resort

    As I sit here in my “front yard” enjoying the final moments of solitude before heading back to the “Big City”, I just want to share a few moments of the great week that we had here at Everts Resort.

    It started with the Appreciation Day on 7/7, great friends and food. Even Bk and RRR in the dunk tank. The kids enjoyed the dunk tank more than the adults that’s for sure. Kari and Steve then shared their leftovers from the big day for the next several days, group meals and more sharing of great conversation. I hardly cooked at all while we were here.

    Jeff spent sometime on the water first with Steve and also with Tim Miller. I am sure a post will follow from him on the specifics of the fishing.

    The girls and I discovered Colvil Waterpark this trip and spent many late afternoons there seeking respite from the sun.

    This years vacation here by far has been the best week we have spent here in the 7 or so years that we have been coming here for our yearly vacations.

    Again a BIG thanks to Steve and Kari for the wonderful hospitality that you extended to our family this week!!

    I know the best part was getting to see me!

    Great time spent visiting with all of you and getting Jeff out fishing was great! I want my crank bait back!

    Great to hear they have come back strong and treat people great again. One of my favorite places.

    Glad to hear you had a great vacation. It was good talking to both of you and I hope you got your motor problem figured out Jeff. Evert’s is truly back to what it use to be – it is friendly and within minutes it just feels like home—only with a much better view. Thanks for sharing the great pictures
