Last couple times I got on the river it was right after a storm. If I were to be fishing for either walleye or bass what is the best presentation to use to trigger a strike and what is the best structure type to fish on the Mississippi? I usually put my boat in at the Winona spillway and head down stream. All I found last night was sheephead, better known to me as “THE FUNK” 
, smelly slime balls.
