    Any chance the owners of the properties around the lake think thier boats are safe and don’t tranmit the zebs. Sounds like they think its all the others who use the lake, named other fishermen. Keep everybody out and we won’t have zebs mentality?

    This is not the same situation as other places. To my knowledge, there are no Minneapolis lakes with private property on them. They are all enclosed in a park system. Therefore, there are no private docks or boats.
