Were in Florida the week and tropicalm storm Debbie is kinda spoiling the fun. We bought rain gear yesterday and went to epcot in the monsoon. They have enough inside stuff that we did ok. We don’t really feel like doing that again at magic kingdom or animal kingdom. Were in Orlando and the forecast is for rain for a today thru wednesday. Anyone have any ideas for some inside fun for the kids. Florida is an outdoor fun state so indoor water parks are not easy to find. Thanks, any input helps.

    Take them to medieval times.

Edit: Just looked up hours and that only works for the evening but might be worth checking into nonetheless.

We took the kids this past Feb. We took a road trip to Clear Water Beach and went to the aquarium where they have Winter from the movie Dolphin Tail. I’m pretty sure most of that would be indoors. It is kind of cool if you’ve seen the movie. Like most things in Florida, it is kind of expensive. You would also be able to check out the ocean if it isn’t raining to hard. It took a little better than 2 hrs to get there.

Downtown Disney has an indoor theme park called Disney Quest, might be worth checking out.

Clearwater is nice as Buzzsaw suggested. Make sure you eat at Frenchy’s…great grouper sandwich..

We were just there this spring, but alas, most of what we did was outdoors, sorry.

We were down there during Debbie also. I have had enough of rain and crowds for awhile. My six year old daughter did not mind walking around in the rain she had a blast. Hope you still had fun.
