That is how much money is a for sure bet to be handed out to some groups around the state for AIS R&D. I sit here scratching my head over this. If I was standing I would scratch my you know what too! Not to long ago there was a big shot at the state capital letting everyone know he was there and what he was doing. This gentleman never did say what the state paid his company to make a video about AIS. Now its time for more waste. This time it is in the millions though! Speechless as to what and where this money is going to. Who what when where why….?….because we pay taxes and they don’t give two squirts of wd-40. I shake my fist in the general direction of the DNR and the state leadership!
