Question for someone. Pool 8 is currently above “action stage” for the high water levels which apparently means “no wake rules”. Does this mean everywhere or only in sections around developed shoreline? Thanks.

I can’t speak for down there but here it means no wake for the entire stretch of river. Doesn’t matter if it’s developed or not. I would imagine it’s the same in your neck.

Brett, all that legal mumbo jumbo is too much for my little MD pee-brain. Does that therefore mean that if the land without development does not have a no wake rule in effect?

You are correct. On pool 8 however, there is not a lot of un developed land on the North end of the pool.
