I want to share my latest Minn Kota experience…
I was fishing in Canada last weekend. My I-Pilot remote stopped working Sunday. I headed back down home Monday. I called Minn Kota Wednesday and talked with Dave. Told him what happened and that I was heading back up to Canada Friday (today) at noon. Without hesitation, Dave told me I would receive a new remote (no charge) and that he would have it in the mail that day (Wednesday). My new remote was waiting for me when I got home last night. Dave sent it next day delivery. I programmed the new remote to my Terrova and I’m good to go.
This situation was absolutely outstanding customer service in my book!
