Where did all that easy fishing go. Water has dropped quickly and the temp was up to 70 Sun. Both days boated 4 LM and had to keep changing the baits to do so. The biggest was only 2lb 4oz. Wind kept me from venturing too far.
They probably took cover from the high winds. 
The wind in sparta this weekend never let up. I picked a good weekend to be sick, if there is a good weekend to be sick 
I did my first Lansing trip Sat (of all days). We too fought the wind and water levels. Managed only 1 LM, 1 SM, 1 Pike, and 1 Walleye and really had to scrape for those. None with any size. Here I was excited and hoping for some nice bass. After fighting the wind most the day, I was ready for bed by the time I got home.
