I had to get a new computer and when I transfer a video to it from my camera, all I get is the audio. The still pics. load. Computers are not my specialty so type slow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. 
try right clicking on the video, and opening with a new program, such as windows media player, or quicktime… i know with some cameras you need their specific software on your pc to open and playback correctly (something with the coding?) otherwise youd have to get some sort of conversion utility program, which theres a lot of free ones on the internet, if that didnt work id get the file name of the video, copy it, and paste to google with a phrase like ‘why won’t this play on pc’
What format is the video stored in. I had that issue with my video class.
I had a set of video cameras for class I had to download AVI software on to view the videos.
This is typical with “cheaper” cameras.
