    you’re right. but you’re also smart enough to know that they’re all puppets, dangling from the strings of whatever interest group gives them money. dayton will know doubt be replaced some day, but we all know his replacement won’t care what the people want.

    Fair enough.

    We are talking about a law that would not require any funding. Some might argue costs in the form of medical treatments and property damage, but that would be nominal. To me it is about letting people manage themselves. Government does not have a monopoly of right and wrong and protecting people from themselves.

    Yep. I can’t believe this couldn’t get passed. Its rarely enforced. If police don’t feel the need to enforce this law it shouldn’t be illegal.
