    I wanna know what line test braid vs mono brand even people are using for different techniques.
    Dragging or drifting jigs
    Pitchings jigs
    I don’t vertical jig but go!!
    Lindys
    Bottom bouncing harnesses
    Trolling cranks

    Jigging 4 or 6# fireline, add 4-6# fluorocarbon if needed

    Trolling Add 50 yards of 10# mono if using boards early spring and want to keep lures up higher, then strip off for rest of year

    14 lbs fireline for cranks and 8 lbs mono for lindys although I think I’m going to try 10 lbs fireline lindys this spring. I like a little heavier test I’m too scared to let the big one get away.

    I’ve been a fireline guy for years but I had my first experience with Power Pro Slick and if it lasts longer I will be changing brands.

    Dragging or drifting jigs: 6-8 lb Suffix Elite Hi-Vis Yellow
    Pitchings jigs: 6-8 lb Suffix or P-Line
    Vertical jig: 6 lb Suffix Elite
    Lindys: 8 lb P-Line Flouro
    Bottom bouncing harnesses: 10-12 lb Berkley or 20# Powerpro
    Trolling cranks: 20# Fireline or PP
