About 1.5 months ago at the Madison Fishing Expo I purchased a few items from the Thorne Bros booth, with one of my purchases being a Lakemaster Wi chip. When I got home I threw it on my bench in the basement as I hadn’t hooked up my new locator yet. This week I finished the install so I run downstairs to get my chip to plug in and play with it a little. I opened the box(wasn’t sealed), and then the little box inside to get my chip, and much to my amazement I had an empty box, no chip. I’m thinking how do I go to these people whose business is in another state, and tell them this a month and a half later. I’m thinking here goes a too bad, so sad situation if I ever saw one. Well I get Josh on the phone, as he was the guy that worked the show, and explained to him what had happenend. Josh never questioned my story, and apologized for the inconvenience I had, took my name, address, and said it would ship out next business day. Obviously some slime ball had slit the case open at the show, and lifted the chip out, and shut the case back up, making it appear that everything was intact. Now if that isn’t top notch customer service, then I don’t know what is! In the future I will go out of my way to give Thorne Bros. my business!
