    Soo, since my non-res minn. license doesn’t expire until 4-30, would i technically be legal if I fished the WI/MN boundry waters from 4-1 to 4-30 with just my MN license (i am a WI resident)?? Don’t plan on trying it, but was just thinking that on my way home tonight.

    You have to have a license from the state you reside in to fish the border waters.
