Fresh Asparagus?

    Thought I would wonder down to my Asparagus patch tonight as I can see quite a few weeds greening up out there. To my surprise there was several stalks already up. So I picked and ate!

    Down here in SE Wisconsin, I picked my first asparagus on March 15! I do not think I have ever seen it up that early in the year. The wife has picked it three times since!

    Yep, been eating it for a week. First fresh greens of the year sure cleans the system out.
