    Proudly presenting our granddaughter Lillian Kay.7lbs 6oz 20 inches long.Born March 19th after a few scares and worries Mom and baby are doing great and should be home soon.

    Congrats. Grandchildren are a reason to go back to the basics of fishing. My granddaughter, now 5 1/2 years old loves to play with the minnows and picks her own worms. Yours looks like a keeper. Love her and then give her back.

    Congrats. I only have 1 and she is 18 months old. Can’t wait to get her in the boat this year. Hope she always wants to go fishing with Grandpa. They are the best.

    Congratulations Stewart! Grandchildren are one of gods greatest gifts to us. Now you have another reason to buy more fishing rods. She will need a jigging rod, pitching rod, trolling rod, lead core rod, etc. We are very happy for you and your family.

    My parents watch our little boy quite frequently. One evening, they had him for a couple hours. I went to pick him up and found the boy sitting on grampas lap in his pajamas eating candy. I told my dad that he couldn’t be feeding the boy candy in the evening. Dad never even smiled – he calmly told me that it is grandpas job to spoil the little ones and that I couldn’t do anything about it. He was right – and my little guy is one lucky kid. It’s a good fit

    Spoil that kid, Grandpa – She’ll always remember it.

    Thanks everyone.I will try to refrain from posting pictures until she gets in the boat with me.
    I might even get back into ice fishing this next winter just to have more time with her.

    My screen savers used to be fish or deer, but every month for the last two years it’s been a new picture watching the most beautiful little girl in the world grow up. It’s amazing how a Grandchild can make a grown man turn into a pile of mush.
