I finish up the grandson perch for him so he can add it to his other carving that I have done for him.It is funny the color is different between the two of them. At first I was going to repaint my fish but, after looking at my real pictures I think the color is close. I did catch my fish in the winter and Landon catch his one hot summer afternoon. I think that is what the diffenrce is.
    Enjoy and thanks gary.

Is this something that you do on free time or is it a profession?

    Looks great.

So are those carved out of wood? Those look excellent!

Beautiful work! You must have a ton of time into each of them.

Iam retired and have all the time in the world to do it. I carve the fish out of bass wood. A friend of mine give me a good supply of it. I carve just for family because I do not want the pressure on me. It is one of my faults. Some people can do it and some can’t. Maybe down the road I will. Thanks gary

That is way cool. I pride myself on being able to build just about anything but that is way out of my league

    hi Gary,
Nice looking carvings, that’s something I’ve wanted to try, but have not started yet.
