I’m a big fan of Bobby Garland Baby Shad, but these have really peaked my interest. They have the “swim slots” for supposed added action. I ordered a few. Anyone ever try them?

A little bigger than I like but the colors are good. Not sure about the wiggle I thought what made assassins deadly was the lack of wiggle. Probably be killer on sauger though.

X2 the crappies inhale them!! Did really well last weekend on these. I was fishing in 10ft of water in the weeds this weekend and I would drop down 5 ft or so and the crappies were coming up so hard I would get slack line like you just dropped your jig to the bottom slack line…

oh and im pretty sure these guys are using them too..

I will edit a video tonight that I have of me casting them for crappies. they work great summer and winter…I actually rig them with the slots horizontal and not vertical, it gives them a ton of action when jigged vertically.

I looked through both computers and cant find that video….FWIW they are a great lure and work awesome for everything from predators to panfish.
