…and that’s what I don’t understand. Everyone who lives in the southern half of Wisconsin knows that the ice has sucked this year. Parts of Winnebago were still open in mid January. Why would you think you could drive on it? They should have had a pool-how many vehicles would have to be recovered from Winnebago after the Battle…
