Every year about this time I go through my tackle boxes and see what I need. Anyway I have this 2 gallon pale in my boat and I keep my pliers and stuff in there. well I throw my spinners, cranks, etc instead of putting them away,(That cuts into fishing time) LOL.. and then have a big mess come time to put the boat away. I spent 3 hrs last night going through this pale. When I picked up this big ball of lures I just said, REALLY….. Maybe this is just me,,,,,, anyway just wanted to share that info.

The cup holders are my catch all in my boat. By the end of the season all of the cup holders are big tangled messes.

That’d be just you. I’ve got and OCD about keeping my boat organized. I don’t usually put things away immediately (while on the water) but I definitely go through my boat every time I put it away for the day and make sure it’s clean and organized for the next time out.

when I’m fihsing for fun I stay pretty organized…when guiding, a lot of tackle ends up on the dashboard of the boat…but gets put away later.

At the end of the day everything finds their home. I also retie line that is questionable so that I am absolutely ready for the next time out. If know I am going out the next day I will even gas the boat and vehicle up.

I am the same way most of the time… If I do leave lures out while muskie fishing Ill hang them on something. I made a pvc pipe combination that goes around my front seat. I think I will be investing in one of the Lakewood boxes that goes around the seat though. Other wise everything else will go right back into the tackle box.
