Most of us around here was just looking for a good game, and it came down to the final play to decide the outcome.
Giants dominated the 1st half in every aspect but the score, 10-9 Pats. Giants made key plays and keep moving the ball, especially the final drive.
Overall thought it was a good game, I picked the Giants after they beat SFO and Green Bay on the road, and I picked up an easy 20.
    What did everyone think?

It was a good game for not caring who won. I’ll admit I lost $5.00 when the team from WI lost.

Just means we are closer to soft water now.

Good game. I wanted NY, but thought the Pats were going to
win. Wrong again… I did not get one playoff
game right as to who would win…glad I did not bet.

Seemed to be the recievers were the difference in the game.
I think the Patriots recievers were the one of the main reasons they lost. They could not hold on to any difficult passes.
The Giants recievers were catching and holding onto the ball.

living here in central NY I get an earful and TV full of giants stuff all year. Training camp is right down the road at U Albany. things you guys may not hear was before the season started, they all said ” receivers suck, all we got is manningham, cruz and nicks… and the slowest TE in football”
    they really lifted their game…
I’m not a giants fan but since I got done with college, they won 4 superbowls. crazy.
New england a great franchise too. between both teams, they’ve won 7 superbowls since 1986…

I lost a case of Beer Might as well have been a million dollars to me That game was so boring… 5-6 yard dink passes all night… No running game…. no long balls…. it was like a chess game… real exciting. Does anybody else think the play on the sideline, last drive, he did not have the “catch” yet when both feet were down ? I thought the zebra blew that one under the hood

Only a guy betting a case of beer on the Pats would think that.

I gotta say, I really enjoyed that game. I don’t like New England, and Ahmad Bradshaw lives in my area (about 2 hours up the road from me in Bluefield,VA/WV, and his high school team is called the G-Men). I’ve been a supporter of the Giants since they drafted Tiki Barber years ago (he’s also local and played against my high school in football, basketball, and several other sports).

I was a decent game with not that decent of an ending. I sure hate it when receivers can’t catch a ball that is right in their hands. Would have loved to see that hail Mary completed.

The real Belichick came out of the closet after the game, what a urine poor loser
Glad to see NY play well enough to hold off the Pats

I enjoyed the game, was surprised the Pats D held up most of the time. Was pulling for the Pats, always felt that the Giants were peaking at just the right time and that would carry them through. Kind of reminded me of last years champs.

Don’t care much for either team. But after seeing Mark Herzlich story of haveing cancer and being told he would never walk again. To win a Super Bowl ring has to inspire some cancer patiences.Thought that was pretty cool

Not a fan of either team but you can’t beat a game that comes down to the last play!

Ah, I thought maybe you have seen the replay this morning and still thought it wasn’t a catch.

I really didn’t care who won, but Billy-chuck was enough for me to root for the Giants.

I have a feeling now that the Rangers are going to win the Stanley Cup.

It was a game that I hated to see either one of em win. At least a Husker got a ring.
