In December 2010 I decided to start keeping track of the fish species I’ve caught after reading an interview with the French lure designer Patrick Sébile (who had recently caught his 600th species). I thought about it, and realized I had caught quite a few myself, so I made a list. Here’s my list, broken down by family.
