Ramp on 15

    Does anyone know it the ramp is open at Davenport L&D 15
    The cameras have been blown off location so can’t see if any boats are out. Thanks for any replies.

    i don’t know if it is or not , i would think so. that camera has been out of align for 2 weeks or better. i don’tunderstand why the water is coming thru the locks so fast,usually the fish don’t come into the lock wall when it is like that. came accross sylvan sat. it was froze down to railroad b. there was know boats out that i seen then.
