Don’t be surprised if you see Ryan Grant early and often. He’s a mudder and it’s going to be a slick track. Giants play on turf so I think the natural surface is going to slow them up a little. Grant has been slowly coming in the last few games

Great point to bring up… I counter with the SB champion of every year plays the teams with the best records from the previous year… that doesn’t change the fact you bring up, but the talent that should have been there to make a repeat more difficult didn’t seem to materialize w/ the exception of KC!!!

You are right, i was kind of suprised at the numbers when i dug them up. that being said, i don’t have a horse in this race so i really don’t care who wins just so the games are good.

Very good game by the Giants.
Green Bay for the most part beat themselves. Taking nothing away from Eli and the Giants they played very well, and the Giants and 9er’s next week is looking like another good matchup.
Was I the only person who picked the Giants?

If the Giants front gets good pressure on Rogers the Giants will win for sure. Rogers is a lot like Brady, Give him all day to throw and he will pick you apart. Get him running and he’s a whole different qb.

Giants by 10 if there are 4 or more sacks
    Pack by 10 otherwise

Check out my post from last week. Goodness I couldnt have been more right! Congrats to me on my Nostradamus like prediction. Many great qbs are great because they have all day long to throw the ball. Hopefully the Ravens and 49ers/Giants dont figure that out and keep a 4th title from my boy Brady.

And here is my prediction from last week

If the Giants can run the ball and keep Rodgers on the sideline they will a have a shot.
I look for the giants to try and slow the game down and hope for a low scoring game.

The Giants defense needs two maybe three sacks. They just can’t let Rodgers sit in the pocket and fire at will.
Make him run and knock him down a few times.

    Giants 27 Packers 17

It’s like having “Jimmy the Greek” and, “Howard Cossell” all over again, and right here on IDO!!!

the guys left in the playoffs’ opponents had records of 115-141, 116-140, 123-133, 124-132 respectively. none of them won 15 games. its a pretty amazing feat.

The Vikings were 15-1 the year they got smoked by Atlanta.
    Ultimately nobody cares.
