The Giants are doomed, but New Orleans will destroy the Pack in the NFC Champ game

Giants, they could leave Flynn in… New Orleans (provided they get past SF) is largely dependent on weather. Below 35’F and the Pack dominate… above that, will be a shootout and the Big play on “D” wins that game.

All depends on the turnover margin I think. Both offenses will score plenty of points. I expect it to be much like the previous game between them. Late field goal wins it. Packers by 3.

NO wins in SF if they bring the refs from the Lions game with them SF will not drop 3 interceptions like Detroit did. That being said SF needs TD’s not FG’s which they have not proven they can do.

I will be there with #2 son. Hope it turns out better than the last Packers/Giants playoff game at in Green Bay where a certain #4 gave away the game in the last minute with one of his infamous picks to end a career

Pack offensive line will have HUGE issues with the Giants incredible defensive line so Rodgers better be ready for some quick passes. He won’t be able to just sit back there and pick apart the Giants d-backs. I still say the Packers win but its goona’ be closer than most think…RR

If the Giants front gets good pressure on Rogers the Giants will win for sure. Rogers is a lot like Brady, Give him all day to throw and he will pick you apart. Get him running and he’s a whole different qb.

Giants by 10 if there are 4 or more sacks
    Pack by 10 otherwise

NY has been looking better all season long. This is going to be a nail bitter, so I hope instead of a blow out. Packers win having the last possession of the ball by 3.

As a life long Viking fan, my dislike for the Packers can’t get much higher. However, I watched enough of the Packers this season to see few flaws in their offense. The Giants on the other hand laid many an egg this season. I think they are due for another.

Just never know, but that is why they play the game. I hope for a good game as a football fan, but am not so secretly rooting against the Pack. The heads on most fans barely fit in the door now, can you imagine back to back titles. Then all we will hear about is dynasty blah, blah, blah.

This is the team that scares me the most, Manning playing well, great talent @ the receiver position, two very strong running backs and a defense that is healthy for the first time since the early part of the season. They are the only team left in the playoffs adapted for cold weather.

IMHO if we don’t win the turnover ratio, we will go down again. If Rodgers can get the ball out with no picks and the “D” gets a couple then I will be breathing easier at the end of the game… Nail biter for sure!!!

JB makes a great point ’bout Finley…

Rodgers is a lot different than Brady, Brady is a lead footed statue, Rodgers can and will run with the ball.

Pack by 10 but will be up by 17 or more in the 4th.

You’re kidding here right? AR12 is probably the most accurate throwing while on the run QB in the NFL today. It should be a good close game but the Packers will prevail.

I see this as very close game.

Defensively, the Giants have the edge, but if Clifton, Bulaga and Jennings are healthy, the Packers should put up some points, but you will see few big plays.

Unfortunately, I see the Giants scoring also as the Packers have not shown the same defense as last year.

I might just come down to turnovers.

I hold my breath when the Pack’s D is on the field. Too bad the Pack doesn’t have a ball control offense to keep the ball out of Mannings hands. The Pack will have to score soon and keep scoring, forcing Manning to throw and maybe have a shot at some interceptions. Here’s my take; Pack up by 6, 4th quarter 1:31 left, Giants have the ball and have marched easily down to their own 35, Sir Charles Woodson steps infront of a slant pass. Boom, Pack by 6

Packers D turns up the heat. Allow a garbage touchdown late and still win by 10. Not as close as the score looks…I hope

I totally disagree with the posts about Rodgers being forced to move. He is on of the best, if not the best qb outside of the pocket throwing on the move. I think he carves up this secondary and hopefully the D gets a few turnovers. Pack by 14.
