Old records

I recieved 3 large boxes of records from the 40’s through the 60’s. Some are about 3-4 times thicker than the regular ones. I have all the cases or holders for each record.

Does anyone know of a place where one could sell these or get a value for them?

I would contact all 3 of these to start with and see who gives you the best feeling to proceed. Guessing they’re worth something for sure.

Shuga Records has moved to Chicago…Good riddance. Best place to sell ’em is probably Treehouse Records in Uptown. Avoid Cheapo at all costs for selling! The thicker records are probably 78’s and there’s not much of a market for those unless they are rare blues, doo wop, or very early rock n roll. If you have a list feel free to PM me and I can let you know what some of the stuff might be worth or point you to a couple places for values.
