    I made an order online for a small assortment of Blade Baits from Dean 2 days ago. Realized after I made the order I hadn’t ordered any #1 snaps. Oh well I figured I have a few and I will pick some up somewhere else…………So today the order comes with a pack of 10 #1 snaps and a nice note from Dean saying he decided to send them as they work better than larger snaps…………..Never had that happen with a Cabelas order…………Just sayin’

    I ordered some jigs and plastics just before Christmas from Dean and they were delivered on Monday. Dean’s customer service is the best!

    That’s no surprise for some of us that having ordered from Dean in the past.

    I ordered a bunch of stuff after 8 pm one time, and I got a text apologizing that he couldn’t get the order out until the morning. Dean’s the only person I know that will apologize for the US Mail service not picking up at night.

    Always great service.
