    Not sure about Baypoint ,But stopped to look at Wisc. backchannel boat launch and everything look good there including salt on the ramp

    I drove by there tonite and there was some ice in the harbor but it was not completely covered. The marina at colville was iced over as far as I could see. If you are going to fish pool 4 this weekend the back channel launch would probably be your best bet. Hope this helps.
