It’s getting harder out there every day folks.

    Quote:

ALBION, Ind. — A northeastern Indiana hunter has died after struggling with a buck he had just shot.

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says 62-year-old Paul Smith of Fort Wayne died Monday during a deer reduction hunt at Chain O’Lakes State Park about 20 miles northwest of the city. It says the Noble County coroner says the death was due to a lacerated liver, possibly suffered during the struggle. …Full Story

Skeptical at best…if you read the full story it sounds like it was written by someone not entirely familiar with the English language. Think I’ll run my antivirus scan…

They are dangerous animals when wounded. Aquaintance was just telling story last week of his friend tracking a bow shot after dark long after initial shot. He didnt take a weapon and had to fight the darn thing with a knife. If you have to track a bow kill after dark, and of course cant shoot it with a gun please take a friend and a bow, a club or even a spear!

Cause he can’t write the best means the story is false?

I just googled it and it appears to be true, if not they have fooled alot of news outlets. It would not be the first time a deer attacked someone.

I was taught to touch the deers eye with your gun barrel or a stick. If its still alive it will blink. Never had one blink doing this but never had one kick or stick me with a horn either.

What? I am not a hunter. Maybe some wolf urine instead.

That is purely insane to provoke an attack by a razor blade like hoved, antlered animal. Just think if an elk would have gotten to him! I think he needs a hobby like fishing or something. But then he would just get a flying carp to kick his arse I’m sure!!
