    It was a warm sunny day in Albert Lea MN…Saturday I think.

    My Favorite Wife said “I do (?)”

    I’m pulling out all the stops for our 31st Anniversary….

    TWO $10. Gift Certificates at MacDonalds!!!

    The McRib’s are back you know!

    I know…I know, once your spouses here about this you’re going to be dog meat. But think about it, your spouse doesn’t have to put up with me and my stink bait.

    Since she’s a full time reader of Ido but seldom logs in, I think we should all send her a sympothy note to her pm box. Kinda force her to log in don’tchasee.

    Congrats to you Brian for finding someone who put up with you for 31yrs. Your wife’s spot in heaven is certainly carved in stone.

    31 yrs of wedded bliss is something to be cherished. Congrats to both of you. Enjoy your day and the McRib.

    You must be feeling guilty about something huh? I would have thought just one $10 Gift Certificate at MacDonalds would be enough But you go BIG spender.

    If I’m not mistaken, I believe the 31st anniversary is, in fact, the “Congealed Meat-like Substance Anniversary” so your choice of gift is appropriate.

    Year 1: Paper Anniversary

    Year 5: Wood Anniversary

    Year 10: Tin Anniversary

    Year 20: China Anniversary

    Year 25: Silver Anniversary

    Year 31: Congealed Meat-like Substance Anniversary

    Although I agree with others that 31years of marriage should be applaud, 31years with Brian deserves so much more. You are a true testament to the words “Love is blind”

    Stuart, she likes hamburgers. Eats cheap, drinks expensive!

    I really wish we could just stay home and cuddle. I would let her try some of Curt’s sausage but every time I mention it she just wrinkles up her nose.
