    Thank you Marines and all Veterans. Especially my 85 year old grandpa who at 18 joined the navy and was a tail gunner on a torpedo bomber in the Pacific. Blessings to all of them and safety for those who are fighting for us now.

    Took this a little over a week ago, I was with a buddy who was a Marine he had to see the spot. (I don’t think pic is going to go, ill have to post it later) it’s a pic of me at the historical marker for Tuns Tavern.

    Yeah not the best picture I admit. Either way

    For those who can, maybe contact your local VA and see if there’s anything you can do to help a Vet, not only for 11/11 or the upcoming holidays which can be extremely hard on displaced Vets, but all year long.

    My works at the credit union that has a lot of Vets and people from the VA hospital here in Mpls as members and the stories she hears will bring tears to your eyes, or they ought to anyway.
