What oil to use and injection seasoning

    Going to deep fry a turkey this year and have 2 questions. 1st question is what oil to use? VEGETABLE, CANOLA, or PEANUT?
    2nd question is what seasoning is the best for a seasoning a turkey with an injector?

    If you were on the north end of the cities would I have a deal for you. I could save you some $. I have several jugs (BRAND NEW sealed box) to sell.
    Somebody donated to a fund raiser and we didn’t use it all.
