Not Much of A Fishing Report

    Not much of a report… but some BIG fish came to the scales.

    Mike Schommer & Jason Schommer’s fish could have been listed as “Farm Animals”.

    Really not much to report, judging by the weights and the amount of fish that came from the St.Croix fishing was tough though Turk and Hale pulled a dandy 29″ fish (not really sure of the technique). Pool 3 obviously won this Tourney hands down. Not really sure what the winners were doing heard something about a blade bait from one of them, we got our 1 5.7lb fish vertical jigging a B-fish-N hair jig and meat in 8 FOW. It’s hard to make a report when the Croix is tough tough fishing and the winners are hush hush

    The Schommers also send out a big thanks to Jesse for a job well done, and also to BK for the photos. and also to those who donated the prizes. The fishing was slow for us today unlike a couple days of fun fishing during the week. Today when We did get bit though,they were very nice fish. During the week most of our fish were coming on jigs and 5 in Kalin Tails. Today our good fish came on hair jigs purchased from Hightiedjigsandrigs {Kent Anderson} Orange and black, orange and green being the best. All fish coming off of wing dams! Thanks again Jesse!!
