    Use it.

I’m finding out right now how important this stuff is by not having it when I was younger.

I had two, froze today and they were what they call pre-cancerous. BUT….I have a white hide and for years when younger would work in the sun as well as play in t and never even heard of sunscreen. I quit smoking 20 years ago and am suffering from COPD now, bad enough that I can’t do half of what I’d like to. Too little, too late. The doc said today that if I stay vigilant and get in right away when these small patches show up on my hands, arms, face or back and get them froze while still not having formed any cancer I’ll be fine. He also told me that I, like millions of others, will pay for the suntans now until the end. Once this stuff gets started, there is no end to it.

    Tom,
Sorry to hear the news. Last Thursday I had a biopsy taken of two spots on my face that have been bothering me for a few years. Just kept putting it off until last week. I got the report back today and it wes negative. Neither one was cancer. Feel real good about it. I like a tan and have not used much sun screen over the years and now I will start using it more often. I know you can still get a tan with sunscreen on so there is no reason not to use it.
Tom, my prayers are with you.
    Tight Lines.
