That P90X diet and workout can be pretty intense. Some guys that I was deployed with did it with great results.

I’ve been a big fan of the Abs Diet that Men’s health advertises.

It’s pretty much a high protein diet with concentration on certain power foods such as eggs, meats, nuts/almonds, eggs, peanut butter, berries, veggies and whole grains.

They have an entire recipe list on the website you can look at for free and some of them are pretty dang good. I like it because of the fact that I don’t have to follow that strict of a diet and I can still eat alot of the foods I like anyways.

The diet I have done twice now.I just want new meal ideas…..the workout I pick bits and pieces out and add to my weekly workout plan. The entire 3 step work out plan is insane…only one I have witnessed that is worse is insanity workout!

    My diet works great.

Spuds, bread, eggs, steak, chocolate, soda and the occasional Little Debbie snack cake. Toss in recliners and TV and……………….

    I haven’t lost a pound in years!!
